You can return an unused and unwanted item up to 14 days after you have purchased it, whether you bought it online or in-store, as long as you still have your receipt or proof of purchase. If you cannot present proof of purchase then no refund or exchange will be permitted. Any in store purchases can be refunded or exchanged upon verification. Online purchases must be returned to Milans with proof of purchase and verified before any refund can be made. Any returns can be brought to the store or sent to Milans via carriage paid up to £5

Goods must be returned in the condition they were bought and any evidence of misuse of a product will render any refund or exchange as void at Milans’ discretion. All electrical items and pressure cookers are covered under a 1 year guarantee for the motor/element and base respectively and this does not include wear and parts. All manufacturer guarantees beyond that provided by Milans must be taken up directly with the manufacturer as per manufacturers’ instructions.

Should any guaranteed products develop a fault as per Milans’ 1 year guarantee, the faulty product will be sent by Milans to the manufacturer for servicing. If the faulty item cannot be repaired a refund or replacement will be provided. Any items developing a fault not covered by a guarantee can be refunded or replaced at Milans’ discretion. Any items purchased online that are damaged in transit will be refunded or replaced (at no extra charge) at Milans discretion.
